Dr. Jessica D’Erario obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2017. Her expertise lies in neurology and orthopedics, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Trained in Vestibular Rehabilitation, she adeptly handles vestibular disorders. Dr. D’Erario’s treats all ages, athletes, and intricate conditions, including:

● Pre & Post Orthopedic Surgical Rehab
● Spine & Musculoskeletal Conditions
Dr. D’Erario creates individualized programs for each patient to help them achieve their highest potential in rehabilitation and meet their most meaningful goals. Having gone through 4 orthopedic surgeries herself, she understands the importance of physical therapy and working hard to achieve one’s goals.
Dr. Emily Ford earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercy College in 2021. Her diverse clinical involvements encompassed outpatient, pediatric, and acute care settings, while simultaneously contributing to a research endeavor focused on Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Ford has experience with patients of all ages, athletes, and various complex disorders including:

● Spine & Musculoskeletal Conditions
Dr. Ford’s philosophy of care is centered around individualized treatment, with an emphasis on the biopsychosocial aspects of pain. Other than being a PT and a first-time mom, Dr. Ford is passionate about fitness and loves hiking, lifting, volleyball, rock climbing, and visiting national parks.
Dr. Benjamin Hylka earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from SUNY Oneonta in 2016 followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College in 2019. Since completing his coursework and training, Dr. Hylka has worked primarily in outpatient clinics focused on orthopedics and sports. He has treated patients of all ages from adolescent athletes to adults. His experience includes treating injuries and conditions such as:

Dr. Hylka played multiple sports in high school and was a Division III college lacrosse player at SUNY Oneonta. Previously sustained injuries while competing sparked his interest in Physical Therapy. Dr. Hylka is excited to assist patients in their return to do what they love to do.
Dr. Sabrina Karazmi, DC graduated from Connecticut College earning a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, while also being a collegiate NCAA water polo athlete. She later earned a graduate’s degree in Surgical Neurophysiology from the University of Connecticut and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Karazmi has experience working with numerous musculoskeletal injuries and specializes in treating:

● Sciatica, Radiculopathy and Herniated Discs
● Neuromusculoskeletal Conditions that Involve Pain or Dysfunction
Dr. Karazmi provides evidence-based care for both acute and chronic injuries, with her main focus being on getting her patients out of pain and returning to their daily activities.
During your first visit, our doctors will perform a new patient examination to identify the root cause of your pain symptoms.
During your second visit, we’ll come up with a personalized treatment plan so you can get started on your journey to recovery.
On every subsequent visit thereafter, we’ll conduct routine assessments to make sure you’re on track with your treatment plan and goals.
Chiropractic Adjustments:

Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT):

Rehabilitation:
Carefully selected exercises and activities used in a specific sequence in order to reinforce changes made with the adjustment and IMJT. Rehabilitation retrains the body’s “movement habits.”
